Every outstation journey requires identity verification for the primary passenger making the reservation. This ensures compliance with regional transport officer (RTO) guidelines and highway security checkposts.
- Accepted Documents: Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
- International Passengers: Valid Passport copy along with Indian Tourist Visa details.
- Format: Both digital copies (on smartphone/DigiLocker) and physical original cards are accepted.
- Why it matters: State border checkposts (between Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh) require passenger identity verification before vehicle entry clearances.

Alternative & Emergency Contact Number
Safety is our top priority. We require a registered secondary emergency contact number for every highway outstation commute.
- Secondary Contact: Phone number of a family member, spouse, parent, or close friend not traveling with you on the trip.
- 24/7 Monitoring Desk: In the rare event of mobile network dropouts or battery drain during highway travel, our central control desk uses this contact to provide continuous safety updates.
- Live Location Tracking: Allows your family to receive real-time vehicle GPS tracking links upon request.

Booking Confirmation & Digital Reference Slip
Passengers must present their official MS CABS booking confirmation slip prior to boarding the vehicle.
- Digital Booking Slip: The official WhatsApp confirmation message or email summary generated by our dispatch desk upon booking lock.
- Verification Details: Ensure your confirmation slip matches your assigned chauffeur's name, vehicle registration number, and locked tariff rate.

Standard Passenger Safety & Travel Declaration
Prior to departure for multi-day outstation packages or night highway travel, passengers complete a quick standard safety acknowledgment.
